My current diary expires at the end of August, but I’m planning on moving over to one of these sooner than that. But which one to choose? Help.

I’m currently leaning towards the pocket size, but I can’t decide between the soft or hard cover. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?
I’d go with hard cover, personally. As well as feeling just that touch more substantial, it just makes sense with a diary, I think. After all, the point of it is that you get it out often and carry it around with you always, so it’s always going to get a bit battered – that’s far better with the hard cover than it is with the soft.
And you’re right about the pocket size. The bigger ones are bigger, yes, but seriously, who has THAT much to do?
You know, you’re right. I’ve had my current (hard-cover) Moleskine notebook for nearly two years, and it’s looking a bit tatty. I dread to think what would happen to a soft-cover diary in 18 months.
