What is it with cats always wanting to sniff cameras (assuming that they haven’t bolted underneath the sofa)? I’ve never lathered fish paste or Whiskas onto my lens, so can’t imagine why it is so attractive.
My assumption was that cats sniff everything.

Not willingly. This is our Previous Owner’s, Covered In Stains, Why Replace It Right Now When It Will Just Get Covered In More Stains Because We Live With A Two Year Old carpet.
